Take your bridal celebration to the next level with a personalized yoga experience for your wedding journey! Whether it’s a pre-wedding session to get everyone grounded or a calming class on your big day, I’ve worked with brides in the weeks leading up to their wedding and even on the day itself.
In the weeks before your big day, we can dive into practices that help you stay centered and grounded—an oasis of calm amidst the flurry of final preparations. We’ll focus on releasing tension, nurturing your body, and keeping stress at bay as you step into this new chapter.
On the wedding day itself, I’ll guide you and your bridal party (or even your family and closest friends) through a relaxing yoga session that fosters a sense of connection, presence, and peace. It’s the perfect way to create space for laughter and joy while honoring the excitement and emotions of the day.
I’ve had the privilege of working with dozens of brides to bring a sense of mindfulness and intentionality to their celebrations, helping to create a moment of serenity and support, no matter what’s on the agenda. Let’s curate a yoga experience that leaves everyone feeling connected, rejuvenated, loved and ready to embrace the day ahead!

Hi! I’m Cathy, and I’d love to guide you and your crew through a fun and meaningful yoga experience on your bachelorette weekend! As the oldest of four girls, I know what it’s like to celebrate with a close-knit group of women. I’ve been a bachelorette more times than I can count (don’t worry—I didn’t marry all of them 😉), and when it was finally time to plan my own wedding, my mom and I took the reins and created the most amazing day. Now, I bring all those experiences, both personal and professional, to help make your bachelorette celebrations unforgettable.
I’m a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500), Certified Mindfulness Meditation Instructor (U.C. Berkeley), Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), and a Certified Yoga Therapist in Training (C-AIYT). I’ve spent years teaching yoga and meditation, both online and in-person, and I’m passionate about making wellness accessible to all bodies, no matter where you’re starting from. My approach is trauma-informed, inclusive, and rooted in kindness, with a focus on fun, connection, and genuine relaxation.

about her availability! From the moment she arrived, her warm and engaging personality set a positive tone for the event.
